The meat grinder comes with 2 different-sized, stainless steel grinding plates to ensure meat is ground to the desired texture. You can grind meat with either the medium (4.5mm) or the coarse (7mm) grinding plate. In addition to the sausage stuffing funnel and the 2 grinding plates, the meat grinder also includes a stomper and a stainless steel grinding knife.
