I love the way this sconce looks. However, the quality doesn’t match up to the price. The glass didn’t fit over the brass base of the light assembly, but luckily the brass piece was not attached. In addition, there is a plastic screw-on piece that holds the glass in place, but it’s impossible to put on unless you have a certain tool, but it wasn’t included and I didn’t have anything on hand that would work. I havent installed it yet but I do wish it came in 30x30 as well as this 24x24. It's more logical than installing two grab bars if entry requires it as my shower is does. Allows the hand to naturally follow the rail support all the way into the area. Finishes are as expected, black matte and only time will tell if they chip fade or crack. Absolutely PERFECT. We got these for several reasons. One, we seriously needed a place to hang stuff (wash cloths, etc) in the shower, and this specific model has multiple "nubs" that make for excellent hanging points. Two, we intend for this home to be our permanent home, and our tile guy is astounding so he offered to install these in the same showers as he worked on for a fantastic price. The goal is that 20 years from now these ADA-rated bars will, in fact, become very lovely "grab bars" (our tile guy looked it up and said they are rated for over 200 pounds when installed properly). Three, it has already come in handy as a great, easy place to hold when you need to in the shower. Win-win-win.
