For one thing there was dispose be guys and the first told the second he could do it himself well my wood floors got scratched I did not see it till he left he put one of my area rugs down also one of my side rails got tore I’m just not happy may they could send one out to fix it I noticed the slats are about one inch off the floor so that could be why it’s so high I have to use a stool to get up in it .
