I was very disappointed in the benches I received. They were not black nor were they poly lumber. They were wood and brown. When I contacted the company, I was given options to either keep them or return them. I was not given an amount of what it would cost to return them but I figured it would be costly because they are pretty heavy. After a conversation with a customer service representative, I agreed to keep them with a 20% discount. Then came time to put them together and that was also a disappointment. Several of the wholes were not big enough for the screw covers so it took almost 4 hours to put one together-we did not have the time nor the patience to put the other one together. The instructions were poorly written and hard to follow. Unrelated to this purchase but also a disappointment was a lamp I received from this company a week earlier that had broken wires and needed to be replaced. First, let me say that working with Wayfair is great, even when there's a shipping glitch. So I'll start from the beginning, in April of 2021 we purchased 4 of the Polywood Vineyard Curveback Adirondack chairs in slate gray. After a party in May, my wife and I realized that a bench would be the final touch to our patio. I went online and found the Polywood Vineyard bench, but it was out of stock and wouldn't be available until late November. We chose to wait on it so that our furniture would match. Much to our surprise, we received an email in late July that our bench was on the way. When we received our (large and heavy) package, we were so disappointed that it had been damaged in shipping. I called Wayfair, sent in pictures of the damage and they said they would send another bench. Ten days later we received our new bench, undamaged. My wife is happy now. Happy wife, happy life! Beautiful sink and got plenty of comments on it before and just after it was installed. Still think it’s a beautiful sink but does scratch very easily. We used sink for 2 days before sink grid arrived and babied it. It still got one small scratch as cooking utensils were put at bottom of sink. It has subsequently started rusting. It is no larger than a grain of rice but is noticeable. The sink grid helped to cover it up but is still frustrating based on cost. If purchasing, make sure to get the sink grid before using.. Derek.
