Overall, this is a beautifully designed light. The first light we received had to be replaced due to the top tier not having threaded screw holes. The replacement took me about 3 hours to install. I would budget at least 4 hours for install as attaching the individual alabaster pieces require hand screwing. The arm, shoulder, and hand cramping were worth it because this is so beautiful..
