This is a great range hood fan and I researched many many different ones before coming across this one. It's actually a Canadian company but the actual company was out of stock . Wayfair was as well but their back order came in pretty quickly. The hood is gorgeous with everything I wanted it to have ( 4 lights, not just 2 and they're DIMMABLE!!), 2 simple dials; one for lights and one for fan speed ( no ugly black electronic panel with yet another clock..lol) and it's pretty quiet, even on the highest speed which is a powerful 750 cfm. We ordered 3 of these lights. When they arrived 2of the 3 lights were damaged. I immediately started the replacement process and waited to review to see how it worked since I have not had this issue before. I took pictures of the 2 damaged light and the e boxes they came in and submitted. I received an almost immediate response of when new ones would ship and waited.
