I am just beginning my "redo" project, so can't attach photos of the completed project until the house is painted and larger rugs are ordered and delivered. I looked at every online sales site for area rugs, but kept coming back to this one. Finally I ordered the smallest available since if I didn't like it, returning would be easier. I don't just like it, but LOVE it! The rug feels so good under foot, and brightens the room considerably. Our house is what we call "Fifty Shades of Tan," and this rug has enough of a tan hint that it's a perfect compliment to our floors. With that said, the greys pick up the grey in our sofa and walls, and the small amount of grey in our accent chairs. Service was perfect with a timely delivery.. Kathy. Vero Beach, FL. Absolutely gorgeous. It's a Loloi Lourdes number 4 rug. It is more muted than what is shown. More ivory but the other colors come together nicely. If you are looking for a rug with rich browns and terra cotta, this wont be for you. But if you want an ivory rug with just hints of terra cotta, brown, and muted blues and green, you will adore this rug. It's so soft. I'm a fan of the Loloi brand. Wayfair has a superior Customer Service attitude, equal to or better than Lands' End. This was our first (but definitely not last) order from WF. It arrived exactly as pictured but a corner of the frame was cracked due to the staple used to join the pieces. I submitted a description of this defect and a request to return it for a replacement. Your online system handled everything and surprisingly did not request sending the defective item back. In fact you beat the expected delivery date by three business days! This level of customer service was not met by a competitor seller of movie posters who required returning the defective item, no problem, but paid for by us.
