It is the reproduction of one of the over two hundred prototypes created by Dalisi during the design process that led to the production of his Neapolitan coffeepot in the 1970s, each one different from the last, and gradually more and more expressive to the point of losing any functional appearance and becoming pieces of art.

Esplanade embodies the earthy aesthetic of travertine in a durable porcelain floor and wall tile. Nuanced color variation lends a textured look that adds appeal. I was disappointed in how they assembled this. There is sooo much glue on the frame from where they glued the paper to the back.
