Ordered this in a black finish. Arrived as promised. I also ordered a seat since one was not included. I was not aware that a wax ring and mounting bolts were also not included. Although the price was less than the competitors, having to buy the other items made the price more expensive than what other companies offered. Lesson learned make a true comparison before buying.. Love this toilet. I have the same one in a bathroom we remodeled 5 years ago and it is going strong. Super easy to clean, never have any problems with flushing. And I was really happy that the delivery arrived intact with zero damage. I ordered my last Tot toilet through a big home improvement chain, and it came damaged 3 times. I have a not good experience with this particular purchase. I would like a refund and asked that WayFair have a section area to check off for broken item for the replacement.
