Only used one time so far I think overall it will be great you must hold the the pilot light down for 5 or 6 minutes, at least to get it to light up. For me, the installation was a lot harder than I thought it would be. The unit I have is propane. Time will tell, but overall, I think its going to be great for heating up my small cabin. Came as advertised, had a small issue but the manufacturer was able to resolve. The couch is a bit firm but I'm sure over time it'll even out.
