Smart Living Technology is a voicemail in Tempe, AZ that doesn't return phone calls. I ran in to multiple problems including a broken wire to the shower valve and left multiple voicemails and never get a call back. You're on your own. The directions were clearly translated from Chinese and make no sense. The shower jets have no system to fasten them to the wall. I think they are supposed to rely on the plumbing to hold them in place? I'd never know because the directions are pointless. I ended up having to silicone them in and strap them from behind. I had to solder the broken wire in the thermostat valve. The lights on the LED are programable ones that let you change color and give you all kinds of colors except a decent white light. I was waiting to install it then leave a review. This shower head needs a professional installer. Once the showerhead turned on, we tried connecting to the tuya ap/smart life ap. I couldn't play any music at all. shower head works great so I'll give it 3 stars. The shower head is a little smaller than I was expecting. But it arrived in good condition. We won’t get it installed for another month. But I am happy with its appearance. Very sleek and modern looking. Update. It’s been installed and looks great. But even after turning the water heater setting to get hotter the water out of this shower head for some reason will not get very hot.
