Our tub arrived yesterday in perfect condition! The crate it arrived in was substantial, and the packaging was secure. My husband and I used a furniture dolly (rolling platform) to move it into our bathroom, and it went very well. It helped that the 29” width fit through our 30” doorways. Of course, there is no overflow drain, so if that is a concern, do not order this tub. But I am extremely pleased with the tub so far! Im excited to post a photo of the project once it is complete. Update We installed the tub, and I’m extremely pleased with the way it turned out! The install was tricky for my husband and I to maneuver, as we didn’t hire an outside contractors. I ordered the 55" and I'm 5'5 and can fully stretch out my legs so huge plus! the curve on the back also seems very ergonomic, so I think this will be a very comfortable soaker! As far as quality, this thing seem solid. I wanted solid surface for the heat retention but bonus that this doesn't have any of the creaks/give that a fiberglass/acrylic tub has. The main feature is the door made from a custom brushed stainless steel and a frosted tempered glass window. The door swings into the tub and a lever lock creates a secure, watertight door seal. The 5-Piece fast-fill faucet has 5 pieces: two temperature levers, a diverter lever, a mounted faucet and a pull out multi-functional hand shower. The hot or cold lever controls the temperature of the water. It has a fill rate of 18 GPM, based on plumbing conditions. While the tub fills, enjoy the comfort of the Heated Seat & Backrest.
