Our tub arrived yesterday in perfect condition! The crate it arrived in was substantial, and the packaging was secure. My husband and I used a furniture dolly (rolling platform) to move it into our bathroom, and it went very well. It helped that the 29” width fit through our 30” doorways. Of course, there is no overflow drain, so if that is a concern, do not order this tub. But I am extremely pleased with the tub so far! Im excited to post a photo of the project once it is complete. Update We installed the tub, and I’m extremely pleased with the way it turned out! The install was tricky for my husband and I to maneuver, as we didn’t hire an outside contractors. I couldnt imagine trying to get it up an interior stairway. Ive read some other reviews that complain of it not retaining heat. My experience is the opposite. I ordered the 55" and I'm 5'5 and can fully stretch out my legs so huge plus! the curve on the back also seems very ergonomic, so I think this will be a very comfortable soaker! As far as quality, this thing seem solid. I wanted solid surface for the heat retention but bonus that this doesn't have any of the creaks/give that a fiberglass/acrylic tub has. Delivery was also very smooth, and my tub looks perfect (no marks, scratches, or other blemishes I've seen in other reviews).
