The bed is great! The only thing that was frustrating was that it was advertised as the lowest price and had a 24 hour window to get the offer so I took it. I found out two days later that the Bed went on sale for a lower price and when I contacted customer service, they were unwilling to match that price or even let me return the bed and get my money back and then order the Bed at the lower price. I am extremely happy with this bed frame! It arrived well-packaged and all of the parts were clearly labeled, which made assembly much easier than I expected. While it did take some time to put together, the instructions were straightforward and everything fit together properly. The storage drawers are one of my favorite features. The built-in headboard shelving is also incredibly convenient for keeping everyday essentials within reach. I have had other similar beds where the drawers are made of plastic. I am glad that I paid someone to install it because it took a pro more than an hour.
