Got the Heritage pull-down faucet, Matte Black, with the knobs. It did a good job for about a year, then it started to leak a little. After a couple of years, the faucet began to chip and peel and then progressively got worse over time. The knobs began to loosen, and the caps that cover the knob screws stopped sealing cause we had to remove them too much to tighten the handles. Initially, I would have said I was very happy with the purchase. But for the cost, I would expect it to last longer than three years. That said, we still have it after four, though it looks a bit mangy. I personally don't think I would order this product again, definitely not in the matte black with knobs. Just too many things with it broke down, and it's not cheap. ***Update: It was still within their 10-year warranty. The sink was a massive pain in the behind to install. If connecting directly to the wall, the mounting brackets are, I think, 13 inches apart and studs studs are never that narrow. We bought this in black to match our faucet. It's incredibly heavy, which is good because it gives it a solid feel. The mounting pipe is metal which is nice, because these are often plastic and don't hold as well over time. I do wish that the logo on the top wasn't as prominent, but because it matches the sink (Blanco) it's not so bad. Overall a great dispenser. Update a year or so in. At first we used a thicker dish soap (maybe Dawn?) and it clogged all the time so we switched to a thinner one (Meyers) and that worked much better. But now the soap tends to leak out from under the pump head onto the counter like other people have noted.
