I’ve owned this Beautyrest Plush Pillow Top Mattress for a while now, and it has completely changed the quality of my sleep. From the very first night, the mattress felt incredibly comfortable — soft and plush on top, but still supportive underneath. It has the perfect balance where you feel cushioned without sinking too deep. I wake up with far less back and shoulder stiffness, and I’m sleeping through the night much better than I used to. This is the best mattress in I have owned in over 40 years, and at one time I sold mattresses. It is a little firm at first which is great for a heavy person that needs support. It is a very thick mattress which takes you several inches higher than most mattresses. It was time to replace my 2012 queen W Bed pillow top mattress (made by Beautyrest). Tried the Black hybrid cushion top (the W replacement) but it was much taller (13" v 14.5") which I did not like for my platform bed frame. Switched to the World Class non-pillow hybrid (13"), though I really liked that cushion top and I normally find foam beds too hot so was uncertain. I admit the first couple nights I wasn't sold but by night 3 I was sleeping like a baby again and wasn't hot. Because the mattress is 1/3 foam, it is heavier than my old mattress.. David89.
