It’s softer than I thought it’d be! I prefer an extremely soft mattress but I needed a shorter (10”) mattress for the bed frame I wanted and ultra plush is harder to find so I settled on this one and I’m quite pleased. Have slept well on it. It is comfortable. It’s firm but not too firm. I don’t like that the corners sink if sitting on the edge. I wish it had a more sturdy edge. I do not think the mattress expanded all the way to the 12” it is supposed to. I would prefer a more firm memory foam top instead of the pillow top it has. I spend a lot of time in my room and needed to replace my mattress anyway so an adjustable frame sounded perfect. Although the box was heavy unboxing and assembly couldn’t have been easier. Your average cheap mattress, definitely much less supportive and not as firm as your typical firm mattress, but as to be expected for the price. Doesn’t fluff up evenly or as nicely as you’d think if you’ve ever bought a quality bagged mattress you know what I mean. Fabric is super loose and not fitted to the mattress and the mattress does get that dipping effect when two people lay on it at the same time. Not the best, but not the worst either.
