I should have consulted my contractor prior to buying this, because another piece is needed to work with this three-way diverter valve. It would’ve been helpful to have notes on the description, indicating another piece was needed. We installed this entire shower system ourselves during our remodel and have been very happy with how it performs. The handshower and slide bar were easy to put in and adjust and it feels like a solid upgrade compared with basic builder grade fixtures. The water pressure is good, and having the handheld option makes rinsing and cleaning much easier. The finish still looks great and hasn’t shown signs of wear even with daily use. I didn’t realize it had one and one of the pair I ordered has been leaking like a sieve and corroding for the last several months. Of course now I realize there is one, I am now one week out of warranty. I think the corrosion is a common occurrence with the bronze finish if you can’t keep them really dry, but not sure why both faucets I ordered are leaking so bad now because of my plumber or the product.
