Over 4 months with 8 cooks on it. Live in the southern states. Assembly was easy and manageable for one person. 20 degree difference left to right. The PID controller is excellent, maintaining 5 degree swings from set temperature. Probes are accurate from where they are placed. Wheel locks work well. LOVE the pull out shelves. The only negative is the WIFI and app. WiFi signal drops intermittently and the app will lock up on popular cookout holidays/days. This can be a real bummer if you are trying to rely on it.. I replaced my 20 year old grill with this Napoleon 700 series grill. The technology on this grill has come a long way compared to my old grill. Cooks great, doesn’t flare up like my old grill. It has an insulated hood that keeps a consistent temperature. I used the rotisserie for the first time this weekend and it worked great. I couldn’t believe how quiet it was. With the back infrared burner it cooked very evenly. The lights on the grill work great for cooking at night and they look pretty cool too.
