The reason for the low number is that I never received this bathtub. I was delivered another tub--soaker, not the jetted tub I ordered. When I called, I was told that the above tub had been discontinued. Why was I not notified of this and given the opportunity to make another selection? You just randomly sent me another tub with no jets. I had to go to the trouble of sending that tub back and go to another place and order a tub. I have done that, but now have to wait 2 weeks for delivery which throws a wrench in my remodel schedule. In the future, if someone orders something and it turns out to be a discontinued item, please have the courtesy to contact your customer with that information and also remove the discontinued item from your website.. The non-porous material in white gloss finish is easy to clean. The Mobile’s main feature is the U-Shape Outward Swing Door made from durable plastic composite with a decorative tempered glass front screen. The screen conceals a gear and shaft driven, 3-latch door lock system that provides a watertight seal. The door is also engineered to open outward. As a result, the outward swing creates more interior space, making it easier to enter/exit. The 2-Piece fast-fill faucet has: a mounted faucet and a pull out multi-functional hand shower. It has a fill rate of 16 GPM, based on plumbing conditions. The Mobile is also equipped with Ella’s Single 2” Drain with emergency pull up chain. It consists of two 2” outlets and an overflow. The Hydro Massage System includes: a hydro pump with an in-line water heater, eco-friendly ozone sterilization system, hydro massage intensity dial control, and strategically positioned hydro jets. The in-line water heater and ozone sterilization automatically engage when the hydro massage is turned on.
