You can adjust the temperature of the food with the 3 burners. There is a small drip container that hangs underneath the grill to catch drippings as when you grill your food. The addition of 2 side wheels makes transporting this grill a less of a task. However, I wish it had a handle bar to make moving the grill more easy. This grill did not come preassembled. There were so many parts and pieces til it took my husband several hours to assemble. This is a gas grill and you will need to get a small propane tank to operate it. Bought this several months ago. Although I sent the link with specs and installation instructions to the builder's subcontractor, he installed the grill on wood supports which is combustible. Of course, the builder blamed us for not buying via his subcontractor (which would have been much more expensive). After the subcontractor made a steel box with cement board to address the combustion issue, we discover he didn't allow room to pull the grease pans out. Easy to install, product is intuitive, and lighting on knobs/under unit are awesome. One element that is lacking is the back hi g design. This unit is designed to be built in, and as such costs 4x what a normal Blackstone unit does. The hinge configuration creates a gap on the back edge which is not an ideal transition to your top. Back hinge placement also causes the front of the lid to wobble a bit when opening and closing. Small detail but big one when building a high end outdoor kitchen. We love our new outdoor kitchen! Looks like the pictures. With a little tweaking of the castors we were able to get them all lined up perfect.
