Easy to install, product is intuitive, and lighting on knobs/under unit are awesome. One element that is lacking is the back hi g design. This unit is designed to be built in, and as such costs 4x what a normal Blackstone unit does. The hinge configuration creates a gap on the back edge which is not an ideal transition to your top. Back hinge placement also causes the front of the lid to wobble a bit when opening and closing. Small detail but big one when building a high end outdoor kitchen. Monument Grills offers pre-seasoned cookware without synthetic chemicals. Use the flat side for pancakes, eggs, crispy pizza, etc., and the ribbed side for meats, steaks, broiling, and more. The cast iron grill/griddle heats up within a few minutes. Clean it with hot water, dry it, then use a paper towel with cooking oil to wipe it all over, distributing the heat evenly.
