I love this tower! Moved laundry to the first floor from the basement in a 100yo home. They nicely fit into a closet and are quiet and very efficient. Only 2 tbs of detergent needed, if you use too much you’ll get a notification for the app. Oh that’s great too, the app also alerts you when the washer and dryer are done or if there are any problems. Make sure they are properly installed, the dryer needs to have drainage. The guy who installed mine hadn’t installed an electric heat pump dryer yet and didn’t realize which led to a build up of water in the washer pan and the clothes would be damp. I've had this unit for a year now and can attest to its reliability and performance. My condo has a small laundry closet and this is the only front-loading LG model that would fit. It is quiet and most of my laundry comes out clean and ready for the dryer. I find that the dryer actually works comparably to a vented dryer and it is easier on my clothes. My condo association discourages ventless dryers because of its prior experiences with water damage from leaks into other units which are not as much of an issue with the newer ventless technology. I love that I don't have to worry about pulling the unit out of the closet to periodically clean the dryer vent. My only issue is that sometimes laundry will come out with dry streaks indicating that the wash cycle was somehow not fully soaked the garments, even when stacked in the drum according to the manual. Went together pretty easily as advertised, and we are terrible at assembling. Packaging was perfect, no damage. Looks gorgeous, works great, listening to Bluetooth tunes through ceiling speakers and light therapy is rolling. It’s exactly what we wanted. Check the bottom of the box for paperwork showing what screws to use for what parts. There is a separate page not i. The manual for the screws and plastic washer for the door handles. The instructions don’t specifically say when to screw parts in but you can figure it out. Wayfair has competitive pricing and had best ship dates when I ordered. We ordered a seat cushion and the back rests are a must, but they need to be screwed in. The thing I don’t like is the cords above to the ceiling. I never give 5 stars but did!. Gail. MN. I'm very happy with this purchase. Sauna was delivered on time, well packaged and on a pallet. Three large boxes (largest weighed was about 170 pounds). I put this together myself however I strongly recommend that you have two people. Assembly took me about two hours but then again, I did it all by myself. Nice sauna! This sauna heats up to 140 in about 20 minutes. Large enough for two average size people. I hooked up the stereo to an Alexa Echo Dot and it works great. Only negative was that the width of the Sauna is not 47.25” as stated in the specs. The top is closer 49”. I put this into an existing 48” wide closet and to do that required some modification to the closet opening. My wife and I use this almost every night and we love it!. Jim. Warrensburg, MO.
