Right out of the box I was impressed with this Handheld shower head. I ordered the polished nickel and it is beautiful. The design is sleek and minimal, which is what I was going for. We had this shower head for 15 years and was satisfied with it performance. So we decided to order a second one and installed it and I’m very pleased with the way it works. This is going into a guest bathroom renovation and we are using it with the Delta Shower Column and Lahara tub/shower trim. This will give us a rain shower, hand shower and tub where we didn't have a hand shower before. Really happy with this!! I ordered the dark grey, and it is a really nice rich dark charcoal color (not black, but it does look dark in the photos, it was really hard to capture the true real-life color). Definitely a smidge darker than the photos on the listing. It has a very subtle texture to it. Overall it looks really sleek and was easy to install. Time will tell how it holds up to use - frankly it doesn't feel like terribly sturdy construction. And the padding is not super cushy. But it's just a headboard and serves its purpose just fine!.
