I orderd my dryer from the LG web site. I was anxious because I wasnt sure how smooth it would go. As it turned out- evrything went well, even when I needed to change the delivery and installation date. Also, I researched and learned that I got a better price ordering directly from LG. I had a complicated install with it being a stacked unit and installed in a smaller, yet adaquate laundry closet. The installers were excellent and gained my full confidence. Connected to wi-fi - just haven't used that yet. Two small issues - (1) our lint sensor is crazy sensitive. Just had the ducts cleaned yet it constantly gives us a warning that our ducts are almost blocked. (2) the vent in the back started rusting within 3 months!!! Only on day 2 but it was easy to set up and it’s vacuumed twice so far. I’m pretty sure it’s pulling hair from the carpet that came from our dogs, and the last dog had been gone for two years!
