While the quality isnt the best, I think the other two reviews are way too harsh. The drawers are definitely not the best but they do open and close. One review says they dont open and close. The bed itself is beautiful and looks great in my guest bedroom—it feels solid and well-made, which is the only reason I’m giving it 4 stars. Unfortunately, everything else went downhill from there. As is often the case with Wayfair, the item arrived damaged. The wood had visible dings, screws were missing, and the shipment came in two boxes delivered on separate days, which delayed assembly. When we went to install the towel rings on the left and right walls at the end of our bathroom vanity we realuzed that it installs one way on the left side (open end out and a different way on the right side (closed end out.
