The bed itself is beautiful and looks great in my guest bedroom—it feels solid and well-made, which is the only reason I’m giving it 4 stars. Unfortunately, everything else went downhill from there. As is often the case with Wayfair, the item arrived damaged. The wood had visible dings, screws were missing, and the shipment came in two boxes delivered on separate days, which delayed assembly. Putting it together wasn’t smooth either. The instructions were fairly clear, but the screw holes didn’t align properly, making it impossible to assemble the bed perfectly.. Caryn. US. The instructions were vague, the pieces were heavy, and the holes were arranged in a way where you couldn’t get a good angle and it would take FOREVER to screw in a single bolt. Some holes also didn’t even line up correctly. A total nightmare. With that said, it’s a gorgeous, solid, sturdy bed.
