The bed itself is beautiful and looks great in my guest bedroom—it feels solid and well-made, which is the only reason I’m giving it 4 stars. Unfortunately, everything else went downhill from there. As is often the case with Wayfair, the item arrived damaged. The wood had visible dings, screws were missing, and the shipment came in two boxes delivered on separate days, which delayed assembly. Putting it together wasn’t smooth either. The instructions were fairly clear, but the screw holes didn’t align properly, making it impossible to assemble the bed perfectly.. Caryn. US. And the accessories come with the daybed frame are sturdy so that the bed won't make any noise and shake after you use it for many years. This daybed comes with two drawers ,easy to pull in and out, multi-functional piece of furniture ideal for small living spaces. And the appearance of our bed is concise and modern which can suit for any style of decoration.

Very pleased with the way this bed came timely and complete with all pieces. Assembly for one person took about 3 hours but most of the holes were prepared and the directions were not bad to follow. The holes for the drawer stop pieces were not drilled, had to measure and drill holes, no problem. The slats had to have the holes drilled first too. Finish on the bed was nice walnut color with no defects. I ordered an 8" mattress for the bed which left about 5 inch railing height around the bed. Appears to be a sturdy wooden bed. We ordered this bed for an autistic 6 year old child for safe enclosure. So far we are happy with this purchase and it turned out as pictured. dec 2025 update: this bed is ok but we have had to repair it twice due to rough kids on the bed. It appears it won't withstand jumping or rough housing on it. The wood split in a couple of places, so we had to replace screws to fix it. And these kids were not heavy kids. This is a little hard to explain but please bear with me. I received parts 1, 2, 3, & 4. However, upon starting step one I noticed part 3 was identical to parts 1, 2, & 4. The holes on part 3 should’ve matched the holes of part 1. This means there were 3 of the pieces matched each other, leaving 1 that was different.
