While the quality isnt the best, I think the other two reviews are way too harsh. The drawers are definitely not the best but they do open and close. One review says they dont open and close. Beautiful drain for a beautiful bathtub...but, it is unfortunate it does not come standard with the $4500 bathtub. Not Wayfair's fault....the manufacturer makes you pay for it separately.
