Poor quality, poor assembly instructions, shipped in shoddy packaging- impossible to return in “original packaging”. When plumber first installed, it poured water all over the floor, had to reseal with marine grade sealant. Simba Usa has very poor (no) customer service. Feel so spoiled in this tub! It is a wonderful soaking tub and looks awesome in the space. The higher ends make it easy to relax your head on while soaking. My husband and I can enjoy together as it is big enough for the 2 of us. I went with the 67 long because it was wider than the longer one and so glad I did. My only complaint is that sometimes I hit the drain with my bottom and it pops up very easily! Good for a laugh when that happens!!! So glad I went with Vintage Tub and Bath for this purchase!
