The cushions are very comfortable!!! I LOVE the head support too. Just wish that this full body pillow was INDEED A FULL body, bath pillow. The pillows coverage stops my buttocks and does not go all the way down to my feet, which would really mean that it was a Full Body, Bath Tub Pillow. Also, the suction cups on the back do not adhere to the tub as securely as they should. So, I was slipping a little and most definitely couldn’t fall asleep or else I’d possibly slip under that water and drown. Steamspa / SWCorp does not service their products. When something goes wrong you have to open up the unit and troubleshoot yourself or pay a contractor to do it. Mine worked for about six months then stopped producing steam. Warranty covers almost nothing. It doesn't cover "parts", so I'm not sure what it covers.
