Slim, useful lights for dark spots These motion sensor lights are very handy. They are thin, simple looking, and the black finish makes them feel cleaner than a basic night light. The warm white glow is soft but still bright enough for stairs, hallways, closets, or a bedroom at night. I use these on a staircase that has a turn and sometimes gets dark at the turned stairway. They have remained charged for a month and always come on and are triggered from a good distance. I like that they are rechargeable and magnetic, so they can be removed easily when they need charging. The motion sensor works well, and the light looks smooth without harsh dots. Love this freaking thing! Truly one of my best purchases - bright, long lasting battery, and it's portable which is awesome. The front hall closet in my old farm house doesn't have a wired light in it, we've tried the puck style, but they were never bright enough to see down in the bottom of the closet under the coats and such. This thing is not only bright enough to light the whole space up, but if you do need to really dig down and peek into a box, you can just grab it from the base and get a closer look. These are quite cute and match the finish of my door knobs and other trim exactly. However, Im going to have to use double stick tape or mounting tape because the magnets simply dont hold even with the lightest load on the inside of my exterior metal door of my laundry room. I gave this four stars because it arrived in a smashed box and the mount and arm were not attached. It took a while to put them together.
