NOT A BASEBOARD REPLACEMENT COVER. It’s a cover for your baseboard cover. It’s expensive and too big to be used as a baseboard replacement cover. AND we had to cover the costs to return this inferior product that misrepresents itself with questionable descriptions. I actually cannot believe how well this product ended up working out. It took longer than expected to arrive, but that's okay. My dad helped me cut two inches off the bottom to fit under my windowsill and it turned out just fine using a circular saw. It took me about two and a half hours after that to get it put together.
