Ordered a King Boxspring and received half of the mattress only. Called Wayfair and their only solution after I have waited weeks for this is that I would need to return it and shop for another bed! The representative acknowledged that the listing was wrong and lead buyers to think they were getting the entire King Boxspring but said there was nothing she could do to help me based on their error. She said she could refund me and I can shop for another bed. Now I still have no Boxspring for my bed and have to sit with this in my living room until a delivery company can come pick it up if at all. Wayfair needs to fix their customer service because they messed up and have found a way to make their error my problem. If you have a King bed you better order 2 of these.. Patria. I think this is a terrific mattress for the price. It looks and feels well-made and it's very comfortable, supportive, and soft to the touch. It was easy to slice open the plastic wrapping it came in without fear of touching the mattress with a sharp edge because a special little tool is provided to do exactly that. And it was fairly easy to maneuver it around by myself to get it centered on the bed slats.
