This is a lovely set. The simple modern design is exactly what I was looking for and I love that the set comes with a number of serving pieces which came in very handy for Thanksgiving dinner. The "creases" in the seats don't line up and that bothers me. However, the sofa is very comfortable. Made from synthetic ceramic whetstone, this Japanese sharpening stone #1000 grit allows you to change the angle of the edge of the blade as well as repair it. The stone sharpens to your desired sharpness as well as creates a long-lasting sharpness through minimal work. It is safe to use on all knives except ceramic.

This 1,000 grit whetstone is a medium grit. You can use oil or water, no need to soak (It’s made from a synthetic material) you can just sprinkle on the oil or water and start sharpening.
