I am always leary when I order an expensive item such as a fireplace on line. However, this did not disappoint! I am so impressed on the aesthetics and quality of this product. The packaging was superb and not a chip on the concrete. The assembly was a bit of challenge since I had it framed differently from the instructions in order to accentuate the arch. The tile is beautiful. Exactly what I was wanting. Very light cream colored natural limestone tile. I bought it to coordinate with the floors that were original to my home built in 1994. I was told by a local tile company that it could not be sourced. I checked wayfair and the photo looked exactly like what is currently in my home. I took the chance and ordered it hoping it would be a close match. It is the exact same tile! I couldn't be more pleased with it. No specialty tools and training are needed to install it. Easily manipulate, cut, and texture the product with your standard woodworking tools. This stone is lightweight, at just 2 lbs per square foot, but extremely durable, standing up to impossible wind speeds, salt spray, UV exposure, and freeze-thaw cycles. Each box is pre-portioned with engineered shapes allowing the pattern to appear naturally as you install. No need to sort and lay out the stones beforehand. We offer a class B fire-rated product in each style and color.

We love this product! Every piece is unique and has the look and feel of real stone yet super lightweight. We will be getting more for another wall and support columns as it looks so great and easy to install. We ended up using 18gauge finish nails as 16 kept jamming. And we used thin board that I painted matte black to put over the sheetrock to nail the faux rock into. One thing that was disappointing was the amount of broken pieces. We were able to use them but would have liked no broken ones. They could do a better job at packaging so as to prevent breakage during shipment. Other than that I highly highly recommend them!. Juli.
