My two kitties love their new space! We have two 9 months old kitties that we rescued when they were 3 12 weeks old. They are indoor cats but we wanted to give them a safe sanctuary when are not home. I put the structure together myself and it probably would have gone quicker if I had help but I took my time and the instructions were easy enough to follow. The wood is strong enough for indoor but I don’t think it would last long outside in the elements. I didn’t use the roofing material that came with it since I have it inside the house. I added mesh wiring instead. The enclosure is 3 sided and backs up to the wall which works perfectly fine in our case as it gives us access to open and close our windows and shutters.. Arb65. Ca-usa. It’s nice. Quality is good not the greatest some parts came dented (wood and cage material) but overall good quality. Cat Villa is very well made, nice looking. My Persian is 9 months old. She wanted to explore and help us build it. My son and myself built it together, you really need 2 people when it comes to installing the glass doors. The glass doors were not easy to adjust to get the lock at the bottom of the glass door to lock into the grove for the lock latch to fit into the grove. It has instructions but they are not the greatest. Also some of the stickers number were missing from panels and some of the stickers were placed on the wrong panels. So you have to have patience and really pay attention to the placement of the screw holes. You might want to have some coffee or beer when you build it. My Persian cat loves it. Bought this for my sphynx cat who can’t stay outside for long periods of time but I want to let him get some fresh air! Having the solid weatherproof roof helps block any sunlight and keeps him shaded. The size and everything is great because he’s a lounge cat he isn’t super active and really uses this to lay and listen to the birds and get fresh air.
