It works well for my office. I needed a low pile rug for my chair mat, but wanted something soft on my feet. This checks those boxes. I have had it in place about 5 days and so far, so good. I have not had to spot-clean yet. Information on back of rug says it’s stain resistant. I love this rug!!! It is very soft. You can feel it has layers of different textures when you walk on it which I like the feel of. The different textures give it a unique custom look too. It is a great quality and seems to be holding up well with a lot of foot traffic along the sides of the bed and the route to the bathroom. We got this rug to replace our old LR rug. It took awhile to ship, but was well packaged upon delivery. The colors are vibrant and it laid flat almost immediately. Our last rug had to smooth out for awhile before it laid flat. Seems to be made out of high quality materials and feels good on your feet not scratchy.
