This convertible chaise is great. I've seen some complaints about the cover material. I'm not sure what those costumers are looking at. This piece is made of dense memory foam. It needs 24-36 hours to stabilize. Open your box, follow the directions and then be patient. You will be very glad you did. Use the last 5% of the expansion to fit the zip on covers. Package came damaged but all pieces were undamaged and none were missing. Instructions are simple and easy to follow. Minimal assembly required and very quick to put together. We have the bike on carpet and it is still very sturdy but would be better on a hard surface. We love the different levels of resistance, the ability to customize the seat height and the phone/tablet holder but they cannot have a case on.
