We shopped around for sometime and were leaning towards buying a spa from a local dealer when the wife discovered this unit. The bidet top was easy to install once I had the electrician in to install a plug. I had a few plumbing issues, but mostly related to the age of the toilet. I am amazed at how much cleaner my toilet stays. I am happy with the cleaning wand and the appearance of the sear. I’m getting used to the opening and closing features.It took four or five times of turning the seat warmer down before it would hold. I’m just not a fan of a warm toilet seat. also I don’t feel like the dryer feature is very effective compared to others I have tried but otherwise it seems easy to operate and efficient.. Tippy.
