Im genuinely impressed with this mattress. The medium-soft feel (3.57 on the firmness scale) is just right - supportive enough for back sleeping but with enough give for side sleeping too. The ice-silk cover really does feel noticeably cool when you first lie down, which is a big plus if you tend to sleep warm. No more flipping to the cold side of the bed. The 200-night trial gave me confidence to try it, and honestly I dont see myself returning it. I really like this king size bed. I have a bad lower back and I have been unable to sleep in the bed we had before this one. And that bed cost us about 1,000. This bed from Wayfair cost a lot less than and it is so comfortable! I can sleep through the night and my back doesnt hurt in the morning. My husband loves it too. It also doesnt make me hot at night. It came in a box, and was vacuum sealed. They mean it when they say stay out of the way when you open it. I put it on one side of the bed, where it would unroll out to the other side while opening. It almost took out my cat. Lol. It also doesnt have an odor like some new beds.
