The tub is gorgeous. Make sure you use mild detergent to clean like dishwashing liquid. I used soft scrub comet and it took forever to get the lighter color film residue off. It comes in a crate and its 300 pounds so beware. I paid for the delivery service and it was no problem although the men visibly struggled to get it into my bedroom. My master is on the first floor. I couldnt imagine trying to get it up an interior stairway. Ive read some other reviews that complain of it not retaining heat. My experience is the opposite. Almost as pictured. The top is very 'distressed' meaning tons of scratches all over it which takes away from the sleekness. The legs are light wood although they look like metal in the photo. Doors do not all click into place and one is a slightly diff size and the piece overall has a funny chemical smell that has yet to air out a week after arrival.
