Came as advertised, had a small issue but the manufacturer was able to resolve. The couch is a bit firm but I'm sure over time it'll even out. After initial installation opted for a custom top bracket to connect the two glass pieces attached to the walls, and add extra support to the glass, which technically it does not need.
