This tub arrived quickly and without a scratch. It is well-made with quality materials and finish. I can sit comfortably and stretch out my legs. I’m 5’9”. Note that it requires 3 separate gfi plugs. Optimally this would be on a platform with plugs underneath. There is no access panel or spot to run cords thru. Mine was dropped into the basement. Because it has a faucet and not a tub filler, it takes quite some time to fill.Before you turn on the pumps, make sure they are at their lowest setting. If not, they will throw water EVERYWHERE! And if the tub is too full - even with settings as low as possible - the water bubbles over the sides. The jets are so strong that it’s difficult to relax with them on. Great little unit got the job done, I used it as a window unit though. I wouldnt recommend if you live in a windy area since the fan is not very strong to counteract the wind. But for the price it was worth it I wasnt going to spend 600 to get a evap window unit. I like the size for my very small shop. I like the features for the most part. The one feature that was in the Wayfair "details" description is that the Swing mode operates both the vertical and horizontal louvers. On mine, only the horizontal louvers swing back and forth. The vertical louvers don't move at all. If it's just mine and a defect, it's not worth my sending back. While it's a help, at the end of the day, it is after all just a fan with a few more features and a remote. Yes, the cold packs help somewhat but they're not refrigerant.
