The couch was shipped in 4 pieces. The entire back is the same height as the arms. Its very firm so it is will last quite a while, but can stiffen the body if you are not used to firm. One of the biggest highlights is how easy it is to change configurations — you can rearrange the pieces quickly to fit different needs or room layouts, which makes it feel very flexible and functional. We did notice an issue after a few days of use where the back cushions started to sag when not supported, which was a bit concerning at first. However, we rearranged the setup so the back rests against a wall, and that completely solved the problem for us. Since then, it’s been holding up well and remains comfortable for everyday use.. I have a Great Dane and even though she has short hair, she sheds like crazy. None of the dog hair has stuck to the couch. I am extremely happy with this fact! It seems easy to spot clean. Looks Beautiful but Much Firmer Than Expected. I bought this sofa because I loved the modern cloud couch look in the pictures, and visually it really does look just like the website photos. The size is great, the modular design looks amazing in my living room, and the fabricmaterial feels good quality overall. However, after leaving the sofa untouched for over 24 hours to fully expand and settle, I honestly expected it to be much softer and more “cloud-like.” The cushions are a lot firmer than I anticipated based on the product description and photos.
