Yet to be assembled, but this appears and feels like a very sturdy product. The only problem was that the coordinating metal table was not in either of the chair boxes. The friendly and helpful folks at Wayfair Customer Service quickly remedied the problem by arranging for a quick shipment of the missing table. In fact, I have noticed that the price of this chair has increased dramatically—sometimes double or even triple—without any clear reason, and it simply is not worth it. These chairs were super easy to put together, and the instructions were easy for me to read and follow. They didnt have too many parts and it only took about 45 minutes to put them both together. The chairs are heavy with a nice weight, so no worries about them blowing away. They recline back perfectly as well and swivel nicely! The fabric is nice, but the seat cushions are a little on the thin side. Ill definitely need to upgrade those because you can feel the bars underneath. I am really only giving this a four-star review because of the useless lumbar cushion. The moment you sit down, the force of your body pushes the lumbar cushion right out of the opening in the back. Why not provide a bigger cushion or make the opening smaller I have submitted photos that show the opening. The chairs are a good buy for the price, but that useless lumbar cushion makes me nuts.. Assembly was relatively straight forward but did take some time. The color is really pretty, however the cushion covers were very wrinkled and it took some patience to be able to iron out the faux leather material.
