Faucet is gorgeous! Its handle provides a nice contrast and all together the faucet complements my dynamic countertop. This faucet was a replacement for an older one that had lost water pressure. Issue now resolved and even better with "Power Boost " feature. Love the motion control, very responsive. Also works with Alexa. I wasn't sure that it would work given the negative reviews regarding voice activation with Alexa app but it has been working well so far. Installation was easy. I wish the faucet's swivel wasn't restricted to 100 degrees rotation. The kitchen sink is a standard double bowl and the faucet's reach positions perfectly over the smaller bowl's drain but not so over the large bowl, however I was able to rotate the base a bit to correct but it makes the faucet appear slight off center. Good thing I don't have OCD. The secure docking and retraction of the pull down hose works ok but maybe the hose could've been a little longer or the weight heavier for a more brisk retraction and docking. Looks nice, BUT, in the installation kit, there is a requirement to cut the SS Inlet tube and sand it down with sandpaper. This requires a tool to cut steel. This is not listed anywhere in the instructions, leaving my plumber dumbfounded. Once we reached trouble shooting on the phone (after a long wait), we were sent pictures of the necessary cutting. This seems like something that should be handled on your end--why wouldn't you cut this piece before including in the set and why don't you include any explanation of this in the directions? Also, you included the wrong water hoses, so we needed to go to the hardware store and purchase new hoses. All of this required extra labor, two visits, thus increasing overall expense..
