Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. Very efficient controller. Have only had it in place for about 2 months so time will tell, but it's working great so far. The only thing I wasn't clear on was that it will only work for one faucet.
