It is much darker than the site pictures but Im OK with the color regardless since Im mixing Acacia wood, dove gray cushions, and gray painted deck and gray siding It was a rainy day when mine was delivered. The box was delivered not this end up and it got wet. I was concerned. I reported out to customer service immediately, as I didnt know what, if any, damage would be waiting. Excellent experience there. They were replying before I could unpack the unit. No damage. To report. The packaging is very robust. I was impressed. I definitely recommend popping for the service plan. WHY wouldnt you insure a seasonal item for less than 8 of the value of sale Some people had finish issues. That makes me sad.
