This is not the tub I received at all. And now I’m stuck with a $2,500 tub that I have to try and sell. It was dropped off by the delivery truck in a damaged box, we were told to make sure it was right without the plumber or contractor there. Had no idea, but he left and when we looked at the picture of what we ordered and what we got - not even close. It won’t work in the space it was ordered for, and customer service was no help since it wasn’t reported right away. Which is very difficult to do when working on a contractors schedule. Once they saw it, they said we’d been sent the wrong tub. I’ve had good luck with smaller Wayfair purchases, but will definitely never order appliances or large items from them ever again!.
